At Fysio Lindeman, a personal and holistic approach is central. Physiotherapy focuses not only on reducing complaints, but also on restoring balance in the body and preventing recurring problems. Each treatment is tailored to the individual situation and needs of the client.

After trauma, stress, poor posture or surgery, the body often responds with muscle tension. When this tension persists for too long, it can lead to restrictions in the joints and in everyday movement.
Within the practice, a strong focus is placed on releasing tight muscles through techniques such as connective tissue massage, relaxing massages and stretching. This approach helps to normalize muscle tone and allows the body to move more freely again.
The nervous system also plays an important role in muscle tension. Therefore, when needed, breathing exercises, lymphatic drainage and relaxation techniques are used. The goal is to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural recovery process.

Exercise therapy focuses on improving balance, strength, coordination and body awareness. It includes stability exercises, muscle-strengthening exercises and targeted stretching.
Clients receive personalized exercise programs for use at home or in the gym. In addition, guidance may be provided on safe and responsible movement, such as walking, running or swimming, to help the body become stronger in a safe and sustainable way.

Good posture is essential for a healthy body. When the body is out of balance—for example due to misalignment of the ankles, knees, hips or lower back—this can lead to overload and complaints in other parts of the body.
During treatment, attention is given to posture and movement patterns in daily life, such as sitting, standing and walking. Through targeted advice, exercises and treatments, the focus is on improving posture—not only to reduce existing complaints, but also to prevent new ones.
Treatment and guidance may help with complaints such as:
With the right exercises, massages and personal attention, the focus is on sustainable and long-term recovery.
